Begin with a minium of 4 helium balloons arranged in a staggered height to create a beautiful cascading floor bouquet. To increase the height or for a fuller bouquet - add on up to 9 balloons. The sleek bouquets can be used as part of your total room decor, for entryways, stages or as a photo backdrop when grouped together.
